Terms of Use

Access is limited to adults invited by Lotmore, Inc. (Management Services Organization). Accounts cannot be self-registered. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account, and you must notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• share your account or allow anyone else to sign in as you;
• attempt to access another user's data, another role's features, or backend systems;
• probe, scan, scrape, reverse engineer, or circumvent access controls or rate limits;
• enter patient-identifying information or protected health information into any field;
• use the tool to make representations to third parties about actual compensation.

The underlying reimbursement and compensation assumptions used by this tool are confidential business information. Outputs shown to providers are intentionally rounded into bands. You agree not to attempt to derive, extract, or disclose the underlying coefficients, and not to distribute administrator-only reports outside authorized personnel.

You retain responsibility for information you enter. You grant Trinity permission to store and process it to operate the tool. Trinity's intellectual property in the application, its design, and its methodology remains Trinity's.

All figures are planning estimates produced from current assumptions. They are not a guarantee of compensation, an offer, an employment agreement, or a substitute for the final written terms of an approved compensation arrangement. Actual compensation may vary based on productivity, collections, coverage requirements, quality measures, contractual terms, and other factors.

The application does not sell anything, does not accept payment, and contains no subscription or recurring charge. If that ever changes, pricing, renewal, and cancellation terms will be disclosed before any purchase.

Trinity may suspend or terminate access at any time, including when your role or relationship with Trinity changes, or where misuse is suspected. Your data is handled according to the retention periods in the Privacy Policy.

The application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. The extent to which liability may be limited, and any exclusion of indirect or consequential damages, must be drafted and approved by legal counsel.

Dispute process: Step 1 — Informal resolution: Contact Trinity at tyler@trinitymsg.com with a written description of the issue. We will acknowledge within 5 business days and work in good faith to resolve the matter within 30 days. Step 2 — Escalation: If unresolved after 30 days, either party may escalate the matter in writing to Trinity's designated compliance contact for a documented internal review, completed within an additional 30 days. Step 3 — Mediation: If still unresolved, the parties will attempt non-binding mediation before a mutually agreed mediator in Riverside County, California, sharing mediation costs equally. Step 4 — Courts: Any dispute not resolved through the steps above will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Riverside County, California, under California law. Nothing here prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief for misuse of confidential information, or from bringing a claim in small claims court..
