Privacy Policy

This application is operated by Lotmore, Inc. (Management Services Organization). Privacy questions may be sent to tyler@trinitymsg.com, or by mail to [ADMIN INPUT REQUIRED].

• Account information — your email address, display name, and role, created by a Trinity administrator when you are invited.
• Authentication information — your password, stored only as a salted hash by our authentication provider. Trinity administrators cannot view your password.
• Planning information you enter — target compensation, workload preferences, weekday and call-coverage selections, and any scenario you choose to save, including the name you give it.
• Security and audit records — sign-in events, administrative changes, and privacy requests, together with the date and the acting account.
• Technical information — IP address, browser, and request metadata processed by our hosting provider to deliver the application.

We do not collect payment information, and the application does not accept file or document uploads. We do not knowingly collect patient information, medical records, or protected health information; please do not enter patient-identifying information into any field.

• To authenticate you and control access based on your role.
• To generate schedule and compensation-band projections you request.
• To save and retrieve scenarios you choose to save.
• To secure the application, investigate misuse, and maintain audit records.
• To respond to your privacy requests and to meet applicable legal obligations.

Trinity administrators can see saved scenarios and account records in order to administer the tool. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

The application performs deterministic arithmetic on administrator-configured scheduling assumptions. It does not use artificial intelligence, machine learning, or large language models, and no information you enter is transmitted to an AI provider or used to train any model. Projections are estimates only and are not a compensation decision, an offer, or an employment agreement; a human reviews and approves any actual compensation arrangement.

Information is stored in a managed cloud database with row-level security so that each account can reach only the records its role permits. Traffic is encrypted in transit over HTTPS. Server-side credentials are never delivered to the browser. Security is a continuing effort; no system can be guaranteed to be secure.

• Our managed database and authentication provider.
• Our transactional email provider, for invitations and password resets.
• A web-font provider, which receives your IP address when the stylesheet loads.

We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of Trinity, our providers, or others. Trinity maintains an internal registry of these processors.

The application uses only strictly necessary storage. It sets no analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking technology, so no consent banner is presented.

When information is deleted from the application it is removed from the live database immediately. Copies inside encrypted database backups age out on the backup schedule above.

Signed-in users can download a copy of their account record and saved scenarios, delete their saved scenarios, and submit a privacy request from the Privacy & my data panel on the dashboard. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your information, to opt out of certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to appeal a decision.

We respond to verified requests within 45 days, unless a longer period is permitted by law. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Whether a specific right applies to you depends on applicable law.

The application and its providers operate in the United States. If you access it from outside the United States, your information will be processed in the United States. [ADMIN INPUT REQUIRED]

This application is intended solely for adult clinicians and administrators. It is not directed to children, and accounts cannot be self-registered. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
